Toss a couple on your soft down sectional, light a fire and you are set for one of  Chicago's most beautiful seasons.

As a real estate agent I’ve developed an appreciation of both architecture and design, but I’m no expert. When looking for a place to call my own I fell in love with the Fisher Studio Houses, a 12-unit landmark in the Gold Coast. The property was built in 1936 and designed by Andrew Rebori.

Although developed over 80 years ago the architecture was ahead of its time with an Art Moderne style. To further my intrigue my unit even included Edgar Miller paintings on the windows.

When it came time to redesign my new home I wanted to update it but still honor the original concepts. That’s when I turned to Brianne Jones for help.
