Signing an exclusive listings agreement with Mike Kravitz led to a quick sale of my Chicago condominium.

My wife and I had been committed city people until the birth of our daughter and very apprehensive about moving the “the burbs”.  Having sold our townhouse in 3 days and having no ties to any suburb in particular, and no home to move to, we randomly started our suburb search in Lake Forest, as we needed to move…immediately.  Moments after sitting down for lunch at the beginning of our fact-finding mission we simply, and quite honestly had just a feeling that Lake Forest was where we wanted to move.  We required an expert agent immediately.

Mike helped us purchase our first home on the north side of Chicago. As an architect and musician couple, we had very defined needs and desires in a condo. Mike set up a full afternoon of condo searching for us including renting a limo to drive us to six different locations spread throughout the  city. In the end, we had a very tough negotiation process and almost lost the unit a couple times. We did, however, close about two and a half months later and are incredibly happy with our find.

Mike is persistent and dedicated to meeting our needs during the sale of our condo. He knows the market and networks effectively with his colleagues.
